1. Who we are

AXON_7 is a product studio and trading brand owned and operated by Starling Group Enterprises Ltd. Starling Group Enterprises Ltd. is the legal entity and controller responsible for personal data covered by this policy.

  • Company number: 11779468
  • Registered office: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX
  • ICO registration: ZC147968
  • Privacy contact: privacy@letzen.app

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the AXON_7 website and to software products published under the AXON_7 brand and legally operated by Starling Group Enterprises Ltd., including Sixty4 and other SaaS products that link to this page. A product may provide additional privacy information where its processing differs materially.

3. Data we collect

  • Contact and enquiry data: your name, work email, company and information you provide when requesting a consultation or support.
  • Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers, workspace membership and account preferences.
  • Product content: prompts, source materials, brand settings, generated content and publishing instructions you choose to provide.
  • Connected-service data: identifiers, permissions, access tokens and data returned by services you connect, including LinkedIn.
  • Usage and security data: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, audit logs, errors and interaction events.
  • Billing data: plan, subscription and transaction status. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

4. LinkedIn-connected applications

When you connect a Starling Group Enterprises product to LinkedIn, LinkedIn asks you to approve the specific permissions requested. Depending on the feature, we may receive your LinkedIn member identifier, basic profile information, email address, organisation or Page information, publishing permissions and the status of content submitted through the integration.

We use this data only to provide the features you request, such as connecting an account, showing eligible profiles or Pages, publishing approved content and reporting delivery status. We do not receive or store your LinkedIn password. We do not sell LinkedIn member data.

You can revoke access in the product's integration settings or through LinkedIn. Revoking access prevents new API activity; you may separately request deletion of previously stored data using the process below.

5. How and why we use data

We process personal data to provide and secure our services, fulfil contracts, respond to enquiries, improve product performance, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and, where permitted, communicate about relevant services. Our legal bases under UK data protection law include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations and consent where required.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We share data only where needed with contracted service providers supporting hosting, authentication, databases, AI generation, email, analytics, payments and customer support, or where required by law. Connected platforms such as LinkedIn process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose collected, to provide an active account, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. Connected-service tokens are retained until they expire, are revoked or the integration is disconnected. Enquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months. Deleted production data may remain in restricted backups for a limited recovery period before being overwritten.

8. Security

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, restricted production access and encrypted storage for integration credentials. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we review and improve controls as our products evolve.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

10. Disconnecting services and deleting data

To disconnect LinkedIn, use the integration settings in the relevant product or revoke access from your LinkedIn settings. To request deletion of your account or connected-service data, email privacy@letzen.app with the subject “Data deletion request” and identify the product and account email concerned.

We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. We aim to respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions or information we must retain.

11. Contact and updates

Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@letzen.app. We may update this notice as our products or legal obligations change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date on this page.
